The successful candidate will be based in West Virginia and will be responsible for the support of our current customer base within North America, and it will be their responsibility to ensure all customer queries are resolved within a suitable timeframe. Primary responsibilities will include the demonstration and installation, of biochip analyzers, to all future clients. The candidate will also provide instrumentation training of biochip analyzers when applicable. Experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. The role will involve a significant element of national and international travel. This role will also involve troubleshooting customer technical queries and providing instrument support, product information and advice on the application of Randox Biochip Array Technology products. The successful candidate will also be required to review and analyse the data in conjunction with troubleshooting assignments. The role will involve the accurate recording of queries, tracking their progress and bringing them to a satisfactory resolution for the customer. |
