Cytokines are signalling compounds which communicate with one another via cell-surface receptors. Due to their central role in the immune system, cytokines are involved in a variety of immunological, inflammatory and infectious diseases. Cytokines and their receptors have been linked to many disease states such as autoimmune diseases, allergies, vascular diseases and cancer.

To determine multiple cytokines in real time in a single sample, Randox offers a comprehensive panel of 35 cytokines, cytokine receptors and growth factors, over 5 multi-analyte arrays. The combination of highly specific antibodies and advanced chemistries enables up to 12 cytokines and growth factors to be detected simultaneously in a single sample, providing valuable information relating to each cytokine under test and possible associations between cytokines in each sample.
