Heart-type Fatty Acid Binding Protein (H-FABP) IT Assay

The Heart-type Fatty Acid Binding Protein (H-FABP) assay from Randox is a rapid, accurate immunoturbidimetric assay for the quantitative determination of H-FABP in serum and plasma. Suitable for use on the RX Series of chemistry analysers, results can be obtained in less than 14 minutes. Applications are also available for a wide range of analysers.

H-FABP is 20 times more cardiac specific than Myoglobin and is released as early as 30 minutes after an ischemic episode, providing rapid diagnosis when it is critically needed.
