E-Marketing Executive (Job Ref 09/EMERM)

The Role:

An e-marketing executive is required to join the busy marketing department to develop and implement an e-marketing strategy. This is a technical role and will provide the successful candidate with broad experience across the whole of the marketing mix with a focus on e-mail marketing, online expansion, SEO and the development, implementation and management of social media initiatives.  You will have a lot of autonomy but you must also be a team player who can appreciate the bigger picture.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate must:

• Be computer Literate in relevant IT packages, proficiency in Microsoft Office software should be second nature.
• Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing or Communications or relevant discipline
• Expertise and in-depth knowledge of social media channels (e.g. blogs, Internet forums, micro-blogging, Twitter), social networking sites (e.g. Facebook, MySpace), event sites (e.g. Meet-ups), Collaboration Channels (e.g. Wikis, Digg, epinions),
  Multimedia/Sharing Channels (e.g. Flickr, YouTube).
• Proven ability to craft, implement and measure e-marketing and social media strategies which meet company/brand/marketing objectives
• Proven ability to combine conceptual, creative, strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Conceptualize and implement social media strategies and tactics that meet our business objectives and help to extend the Randox brand
• Have excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Have the ability to work independently and with other marketing teams within the department

Whilst not essential, previous experience in SEO would be an advantage
