The RIQAS Point of Care International Normalised Ratio (INR) EQA programme is designed to measure the effect of anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin as well as helping to diagnose a bleeding disorder, helping to estimate the severity of liver disease. This bi-monthly EQA programme will ensure early identification of system errors and implementation of any necessary corrective actions with minimum disruption.
