It is very easy to donate to AWARE. All the money you donate is put directly back into the charity’s services to educate and provide support on the illness of depression.

AWARE Support

Depression can affect anyone regardless of age, gender or race. That means it can affect a colleague at work, an employee or an employer. AWARE delivers expert training and wellbeing programmes to give staff within Randox the knowledge and skills to help improve general wellbeing, cope with stressful events and reduce the chance of developing a mental health problem.

  • Mood Matters in the Workplace

    A mental health awareness programme for employees which helps participants to look after their mental health at work and in their home lives.
  • Mental Health First Aid

    Mental Health First Aid is the help provided to a person developing a mental health problem or who is in a mental health crisis. First aid is given until professional treatment is received.
  • Mindfulness in the Workplace

    Mindfulness is an evidence-based practice encouraging focus, creativity and resilience, which reduces stress, absenteeism and improves emotional resilience of staff.
  • Health and Wellbeing Days

    A fun and engaging event to promote health lifestyle behaviours for staff, help employees with existing problems, and provide a taster of AWARE services.
