We know that re-joining the workforce can be daunting. That’s why we’ve developed Randox Returners, to support professional women and men restarting their careers.
The six-month programme is designed for people who have had a break of two years or more. You will have a comprehensive induction and be introduced to a dedicated mentor who will help you transition back into the work environment.
You’ll join a department where you can work on real projects, using your knowledge and experience. You’ll have the opportunity to upgrade your skills with in-house training. During the programme, we will help you to overcome challenges you may face, such as flexible working where possible including part-time work. At the end, there may be the option of joining the team on a permanent basis depending on your performance.
